1. Customer Development & Channel Expansion
Proactively identify potential end customers and OEM clients through calls, visits, etc., gather customer information, analyze needs, and secure orders.

3+ years of sales experience in spot distribution, familiarity with electronic components, ICs, semiconductors, etc., is a plus.2. Professional Skills
Experience in developing end customers and factory clients.
Familiarity with the full sales process (customer development, quoting, negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection).3. Core Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of independently managing and maintaining key accounts.

Source electronic components from manufacturers, authorized distributors, or traders based on sales requirements.
Conduct multi-channel price comparisons, update systems, provide market analysis, and support sales in closing deals.
Execute procurement contracts, place orders, and track order fulfillment.2. Supplier Management & Development
Identify and develop high-quality suppliers (manufacturers, authorized distributors, traders) to establish long-term partnerships.
Evaluate supplier qualifications (creditworthiness, fulfillment capability, trade references) and maintain supplier records.
