To prevent conflicts between personal interests and professional responsibilities, we require the following of our employees and partners:
As a company deeply integrated into the global supply chain, Amble Electronics strictly adheres to all applicable export control laws, trade sanctions regulations, and restricted product management requirements in every jurisdiction where we operate. We regard compliance as the foundation of our global operations and a critical safeguard for our corporate reputation and the trust our customers place in us:
We mandate that all business activities involving the export, re-export, or cross-border transfer of products fully comply with the export control laws and regulations of relevant jurisdictions, including but not limited to China, the United States, and the European Union. Prior to engaging in any international transaction, employees are obligated to conduct due diligence to verify the compliance status of the counterparty, end-user, and end-use, and must refrain from participating in any activity that may contravene applicable export control laws. Employees are required to proactively ascertain the Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) and the corresponding reason for control for any product subject to export restrictions, and to complete all requisite compliance reviews and license applications before any export, re-export, or cross-border transfer takes place.
We identify, classify, and control restricted or regulated electronic components and related technologies in strict accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Prior to any product sale or delivery, we are committed to performing thorough due diligence on the regulatory status of our products, including the verification of ECCN designations and corresponding export licensing obligations. This ensures that restricted products are not supplied for any prohibited end-uses, including but not limited to military proliferation, nuclear activities, or other unauthorized applications.
Amble Electronics strictly prohibits any business dealings with entities, individuals, or jurisdictions subject to international or national trade sanctions, embargoes, or inclusion on restricted party lists. We enforce mandatory restricted party screening as an integral part of our customer and partner onboarding procedures, and we continuously monitor updates to applicable sanctions and restricted party lists to ensure ongoing compliance.
We provide regular, role-based training on export controls and trade compliance to ensure that all relevant employees remain current with evolving regulatory requirements and internal procedures, including the identification, classification, and licensing of ECCN-controlled items. Employees who encounter any questions or uncertainties pertaining to export controls, sanctions, or restricted products in the course of their work are required to seek immediate guidance from the compliance department or their supervisor.
Amble Electronics is dedicated to being a positive social force that transcends the pursuit of profit:
We consistently implement paperless office initiatives, energy conservation programs, and waste-reduction plans. In our warehousing and logistics operations, we prioritize the use of recyclable and biodegradable environmentally friendly packaging materials.
As a responsible global corporate citizen, we strictly adhere to the laws and regulations of each country and region in which we operate, and we actively align our practices with internationally recognized responsible business conduct frameworks.
An effective code of ethics depends on the collective oversight of all stakeholders.
Any employee, customer, or supplier who becomes aware of conduct prohibited by this Code may report the matter to the Company's compliance department in writing or via email. Anonymous reports are accepted and will be protected.
Amble Electronics strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who make good-faith reports. Confirmed violations will be addressed with appropriate measures, which may include termination of business relationships or employment, depending on the severity of the offense.
*This Code of Business Ethics and Responsibility is issued by Amble Electronics and takes effect upon the date of publication. It applies to all employees, suppliers, and customer relationships globally. The Company will periodically review and update this Code to ensure its continued alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
